Next week we will also be posting 2 new videos on YouTube, 1220 W Reservoir St is a 3 bedroom 2 bath BRAND NEW starter home in Livingston that is on the ,arket for $182,000.  This one should go fast. 

Next week 7 Arrowhead Rd will also be out of the studio.  This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home in the middle of Paradise Valley sitting on 4 acres.  The home has magnificent views of Emigrant Peak and is within easy walking distance to the Yellwstone.  the home is currently being used as a vacation rental. 

I am really getting the hang of our new video editing software and the video are getting easier to produce.  I hope that I will also be able to put out the footage of the "Week Late and a Dollar Short" Mother's Day Caddis Hatch that I shot.  There were a few caddis on Mother's Day this year but the real "meat" of the hatch didn't happen until a week later.  We got some neat photos and video of the swarms that were going on at that time and look forward to sharing them with you. 

The caddis have hatched.  These were supposed to be the Mother's day hatch but Mother's Day weekend's weather prevented the large hatch from popping.  Well yesterday the weather was phenominal and the hatch is on.  Time to go fishing!

Spring is here!  Look for our spring newsletter to be posted to our website soon.  The new video editing software is here and it is like trying to cram a year of college classes into two months!!  For those of you that don't know, we purchased the Adobe CS3 Master Collection to be able to do live videos to showcase our properties for sale.  The first video done with the software was 108 Chesnut Lane.  We have had some great comments on it.  Look for the bloopers during the end credits.
